1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Survill Technologies LLC (“Survill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, surveillance services, software, equipment, or related offerings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Services
Survill provides intelligent surveillance, monitoring, analytics, installation, and support services. Service availability, capabilities, response times, and monitoring coverage may vary by plan, location, equipment, network conditions, and applicable statement of work.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding any account credentials. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents. You may not share access in a way that compromises system integrity, safety, or the rights of others.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees, billing cycles, taxes, deposits, and payment terms are described in your order form, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due when invoiced. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of Services and collection costs where permitted by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with, reverse engineer, misuse, probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for ensuring your use of surveillance and recording tools complies with all applicable notice, consent, privacy, employment, and recording laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, website, software, designs, names, logos, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Survill and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services solely as authorized by these Terms and your agreement with us.
7. Third-Party Services and Equipment
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms, networks, hardware, payment providers, or communications tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, availability, policies, or actions. Third-party terms may apply to your use of those offerings.
8. Privacy and Data

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SURVILL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURVILL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Survill and its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created a security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the Services unlawfully. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless a written agreement provides otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
